
Relationships can be challenging, most people will agree on that. You may love your partner deeply but find yourself short tempered and unable to communicate just how you feel. Sometimes we all need help to work out a better way to live more harmoniously with our partner.
As your relationship coach, I will:
Explore the issues with you
Enable you to understand your thoughts and feelings
Help you to express your feelings
Teach you some effective communication skills
Mediate any disputes
Assist you to communicate, without conflict, face to face with your partner
Set goals for you as a couple
Develop an action plan for you to work on and stick to, to improve your relationship in the long-term
In practice:
I would recommend at least one session as an individual before we do some sessions as a couple - this allows you the opportunity to explore some of your issues and prepare for discussion with your partner.
