What happens in the sessions?
We will start off by exploring why you have come to Coaching and then naturally progress to looking at what changes are needed to support you to achieve change. We will identify a big, overall goal such as ‘I want to raise my self-esteem,' or ‘I want to be more confident at work,' etc. Then, over the course of the sessions, using a range of tools and techniques, I will, with your consent, set you action plans to work towards those goals.

How many sessions will I need?
The usual number of sessions needed for real, lasting change to occur is between 6 and 12. Some people choose to have maybe 3 or 4 sessions more after the initial programme just to keep them on track!

How frequently will I see you and how long is each session?
The sessions are 1 hour long and I will see you once a fortnight in order for you to think about what we have explored and for you to complete the action plan that will help you towards the change you desire.

What's the first step I should take?
Although it can feel difficult, it is important to take the first step and ring me so we can have a chat to answer your questions. Due to my busy caseload, make sure that you do book up early to avoid the disappointment of not getting an appointment immediately.
