One in five workers report feeling extremely stressed at work and The Health and Safety Executive state that "Self-reported work-related stress, depression or anxiety account for an estimated 10.5 million reported lost working days per year in Britain".

A huge source of stress is to do with speaking in public, whether it be at work, social occasions, weddings, business meetings and many more. Glossophobia or public speaking anxiety is a commonly recognised phobia and so many people suffer from a pounding heart, sweaty palms and a fearful state of mind, even at the mere thought of speaking to a group of people…you are not alone!
