
Anger is a completely normal emotion which usual masks a deeper range of emotions such as hurt, sadness, frustration, jealousy, fear etc. However, at times, you may feel that you are at the mercy of an unpredictable emotion which, when it gets out of control, can be very destructive for yourself and for those around you including your family, your partner and work colleagues. Things can be very different.
As your Anger management Coach I will work with you to:
- Uncover the deeper emotions your are feeling
- Look for patterns in your anger that are attached to people and situations
- Raise your self-awareness so that you recognise when your anger is about to arise
- Teach you to control your anger by using a range of practical techniques
- Help you to feel calmer and in control
